Refund policy

The Nutrition House is a cash-based private practice where credit card, EFT payments and GEO payments are accepted. Payment statements will be issued, which can be submitted to your medical aid. We request that payments are made upfront in order to confirm virtual, new appointments as well as block bookings. We request all virtual patients to take The Starting Block as well as Follow Up Blocks. All prices set out by the practice policy apply to virtual consultations as well. Proof of payment is required for virtual and block bookings, which can be emailed.

Please note that all bookings not kept or cancelled within 24 hours will be billed in full. Payments for block bookings are non-refundable, valid for 12 months from date of purchase & may not be exchanged between patients.
