How we handle payments

Credit card, EFT and GEO. Upfront required for all new and virtual patients.
Medical aid receipts
Full statements issued for reimbursement. We do not bill medical aids directly.

Booking and cancellations
24h
Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or appointments not attended, will be billed in full. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Virtual and in-person
Same rates apply for both. No additional charge for virtual sessions.

Late arrivals
Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend due to late arrival as this affects other patients.
Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received and proof of payment submitted.

05 — Block bookings
Terms for block bookings
Non-refundable
All block bookings are non-refundable once purchased.
Valid for 12 months
From date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited.
Non-transferable
Cannot be transferred between patients or between dietitians.
Upfront payment required
Full payment is due before the first session in a block booking.
