About this product
MethylCare is a comprehensive methylation support formula combining nine active nutrients in their most bioavailable forms. All B vitamins are provided as their active, methylated forms — L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) rather than folic acid, methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate rather than pyridoxine — making this formula suitable for individuals with impaired methylation capacity including those with MTHFR gene variants. Methylation is a fundamental biochemical process involved in DNA synthesis, neurotransmitter production, detoxification and homocysteine regulation. Elevated homocysteine is an independent cardiovascular risk factor and is directly linked to insufficient methylation support from B vitamins and cofactors. This product is dairy-free, gluten-free and non-GMO.
